What should I prepare/do for my first pickup?

Just have your clothes ready. Our Washman will bring a Washmen bag to place your loose clothes in. If you have them in a bag yourself this is also fine. Enter any special care instructions in the laundry bag so that we may cater to your needs.

How long does it take to wash or dry clean my clothes?

Washtrunk offers next day delivery. Your items will be cleaned and ready for delivery to you as of 4 P.M. the next day.

I’m picky when it comes to my laundry. Do you accommodate that?

JSo are we. Please indicate your instructions in the special preference section of the app or inform your Washman. We value how important your clothes are to you, so we’ll do our best to honor your requests.

Some time slots don't show when I scroll down, what's up with that?

Our aim is to offer you times we can serve you in. We will always work to deliver on that promise. If too many orders have come in during that time slot, it will not show in the scroller.

What are your operating hours?

We are currently operational from the hours of 4 P.M to 11:30 P.M, 7 days a week. Or, for those who run on military time, 16:00 to 23:30, 7 days a week.

Who chooses if my clothes will be washed or dry cleaned?

If you want all your items to washed, please leave it as a note in the app and we will follow your instructions, unless that contradicts your item’s care label. By default, our partnered laundromats are trained to carefully read each item’s care instructions and decide whether it can be wash or dry cleaned, and the laundromat will choose the best option for your item.
